Many of those apartments on the north side of 1960, east of Westador were there before 1990. Dating myself, but I used to visit friends there when I was in college. They were nice back then. Doesn't Metro service that area now?

Cypress Station was built in the late 70's. I worked at one of the properties as a leasing agent back in '86 and they were far from new then. A few newer complexes have been built in there in the past few years though.
