This is what I feared. People from Florida are moving to Texas and they've all gotten a good head start on me. If I move there now, all the jobs will be taken up, wages will suck, and it'll just be more of the same.

There are lots of retirees riding around every state with Florida tags. They must be cheating on the tags or the price of Car Insurance.

I left California in 2003. Great move it was. CA will always be in my heart.

Oh wow....we were really thinking about moving to Florida specifically Tampa in the next 2 years. We heard the schools aren't that great from so many people. I just love the look of Florida so much. Maybe it will be better in 2 years. We are trying to decide between Florida, North Carolina and Colorado.

Welcome all the newcomers, hoping they're productive people who like freedom, liberty and don't take/demand government handouts.

I see vehicles with license plates from other states almost everyday now. I also moved here from Orange County, Ca in 2008.

I like the way you think. Something tells me we represent the same political party.

I see tons of out of state plates now - reminds me of the early 80's when people moved here in droves and we had a huge population increase. Of course, eventually the jobs will get a bit tougher to get as the population increases so rapidly - and it will be that employers can be more choosey.

Maybe it's just me, but I see more California tags than any other out of state tags.

I've seen lots of Ohio,Louisiana and Michigan on the Westside. Going up north of the Beltway I see more California tags.
