Hi Everyone, I will be moving to Pearland in another month or so. There is existing hardwood floors downstairs except master bedroom. There is only light scratches on the surface...no deep cuts. I want to get it refinished. Does anyone have any good recommendations for someone who can refinish existing hardwood floors? Also, I want to install hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Can you please recommend some good person to install hardwood floors as well? Hopefully, something within a reasonable price range? Thanks for your help!

Floors etc 713 880 8888 is wonderful. When we purchased our house the white oak herringbone floors needed refinishing. Six months after we had that done, the drain hose came off of the washer. Some floors needed replacing, all had to be refinished. The company we had was a disaster. They were unable to apply the finish without leaving stripes. We had to have the floors refinished again. Thank goodness I found Floors etc. They had done a great job for my d-i-l in the Heights, even refinishing her stairs. We have had 4 companies working on our floors in 11 years. I would trust Floors etc with my house keys and checkbook. They work all over the area. We are in Champions.
