Seth I don't see it happening either since Huntsville still hasn't relocated to the "hot" side of town and as you said Madison hasn't gotten one yet, heck Decatur as big as it is just recently got one though the one thing that Athens has that Huntsville and Madison don't is the interstate so I guess it's possible.

The explosion of retail in that area has been insane! Great new options for this side of the metro. Don't know if it has been said on here but Another Broken Egg will be opening up a new restaurant behind the new Kroger on Hwy 72.

I had heard Another Broken Egg was coming to my side of town.
I didn't realize it would be behind Kroger though.
