For some reason I figured they had a potential land use already in place. Nice to see them pop open a nice four lane hwy for a few miles though.

Joe's Crab Shack would be SUPER. Our family loves JCS but the closest one is off of HWY 280 in Bham. We did eat at the one in Sevierville a few weeks ago.
