Does anyone out there know anything about East Limestone county? I have been looking at houses online and I have seen a neighborhood called Southern Breeze. I am wondering about the schools in that area. We really want to live in Madison but are not seeing a whole lot that we like in our price range. We are wondering if we should consider E. Limestone.

East Limestone is a great area. East Limestone High School is outstanding, and so are the Elementary and Middle Schools. I used to recruit for a Major University, and we loved East Limestone kids, always well prepared.

I really like the area. It is not a "structured" of a community like Athens or Madison. (no grocery store, or common shopping areas).

Plantation East is nice, as are the other neighborhoods on Mooresville Rd. There are also some nice communities on East Limestone Road and Capshaw Road.
