I guess Huntsville is getting more popular. Shaq stopped by Dolce at Bridge Street last night.

Yes, I read that he was in town looking at real estate. Has a good friend who lives in Huntsville...can't remember the name, though.
I remember several years ago Bruce and Patty Springsteen were in town bringing their child to Space Camp. Any famous Space Campers this year?

The daughter of the world famous City Data Charles will be at Space Camp 7/14-18.

What I read (optimistically) about Shaq in HSV is someone, somewhere believes HSV real estate prices are going somewhere. Now Shaq himself probably isn't a Donald Trump when comes to real estate investing but his buddies who control his wealth investments probably are. Similiarly, Magic Johnson is a hugely successful businessman in LA opening theaters and shopping centers. Magic didn't do any data analaysis, his experts did. Magic (and to a much lesser extent Shaq) have the charisma to grease the wheels for these deals. These guys with big bucks can hire a bunch of ultra expert investment managers.

This is a good sign.

I wouldn't be surprised if he has been to the one in LA, or even knows the owners.

People usually go to where they are familiar, and looking for the best of the best.
