I don't think this is a duplicate thread but if it is I will delete. Let's use this to keep up with the activity at BSTC.

For starters we know that the Westin attached restaurant has had three:

Ketchup -> Smokehouse -> Tavern

Recent closing I have not seen listed is Brookstone. Maybe it was just for Christmas.

What else for starters?

H&M plans to open a store at Bridge Street this Spring 2012.

Kate Spade closed; now that space is used as a Brookstone during the holidays. The west end of Chocolate Crocodile has been under renovation/construction for a while, not sure what is happening there.

The Station II > The Zone > Pinz is now open on weekends only (during renovation). A man from Boston (who owns a similar business there) owns Pinz.

REALTORS: How many of the Westin suites have been sold? It only looks like one space is lived in. What will be done with all the vacancies, converted to hotel space?!
