Anyone got any recommendations for Pilates classes? Ms. Autobahn is interested in starting it. We are looking for something in or around Madison preferably.

There is a pilates studio in Madison. I am trying to remember what road it is we take sometimes to get to Athens. It is between Hwy 20/565 and 72, near where the GEICO office is, in an old strip mall. Perhaps old HWY 20? This isn't a recommendaton, just that I noticed it. Probably near Jeff Road/Wal Triana.

There's a studio on Old Madison Pike. I believe the name is "head-to-toes".

Check put the Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center (Madison Facility). It is located off of Balch Road and HWY 72. They have a Pilates class on their monthly schedule at least 2 times per week. There is a monthly fee you can opt to pay to just take classes or you can pay a little extra to use the equiment and pool. Very nice facility.

If you're a member of the Y, they have Pilates classes several times a week. Membership might cost less than pilates classes elsewhere. They just opened a new Y in Madison not too long ago.

Where is it? I didn't think the Y in Madison would be open for quite a while?

It will be across from the Post Office on Hughes. They broke ground and that has been about it.
