This brings up an interesting topic, apparently lots of elderly people in Atlantic City, did not want to leave their homes, even after being prompted, directly by officials to evacuate. At what point, if ever, should people be forced to evacuate, for their own safety, or should people be free to just do as they please, even if they may not have that decision making capacity...

Unfortunately it is their choice not to leave. Christie directly pleaded with them to leave, but I guess they chose to ignore him. Can only hope they'll be okay.

Raining really hard here with gusty winds. Streets are also starting to get a lot of water on them.
