10aCDT/11aEST 14Sept2017: disturbance (Invest 97E) S of Baja California has become Tropical Storm Norma. Winds 40mph, moving North 5mph, pressure 1004mb. Likely to make landfall as a hurricane into Baja California and/or Western Mexico. May affect Socorro island as well.
