Atlantic - Joyce forms September 12, 2018 (storms, moving, map, South)

13Sept18 11pEDT/AST: Sub-Tropical Storm Joyce formed on 12Sept and now has obtained enough Tropical characteristics to become fully Tropical Storm Joyce this evening. Estimated winds 40mph(65km/h), moving SSW 7mph(11km/h), pressure 1003mb.

Expected to continue generally drifting Southward then be turned up and away towards the NorthEast over the open N Atlantic waters.
