A slight derail to the thread. Where would I go to find a competent gunsmith that could put an Apex trigger in a M&P 9 Shield?

Have you ever considered just doing it yourself? There are a lot of youtube videos and it is not that complicated. Anyhow, something as simple as a trigger job, can be done by almost any gunsmith who works with pistols.

Back to the topic:
I don't know all the gun stores in Coeur d'Alene, but I just want to say how envious I am of all of you guys who live in Coeur d'Alene having both a Cabelas (in Post Falls) and a Wholesale Sports right next door to each other. Lucky bastards. Living in Seattle area you got to drive real far to get to one of these stores, both located on the far ends of our Puget Sound metro area.

Looks like the Wholesale Sports store is permanently closed from what Google maps says, also it's no longer listed as a store on Wholesale's web site.

Looks like it was bought out by Sportsman's Warehouse, as with all the other Wholesale Sports, and they have moved the location from Post Falls to Spokane now:

Sportsman's Warehouse Store Locator

It makes sense, since Spokane has no state income tax, whereas Idaho does. Both cities have similar sales tax rates.
