I'm all for building giant fences at the outskirts of every city in America. If you don't have any business there, you can't come in. No moving from place to place--you stay in the place you were born your entire life.

The issue is not legal immigration nor the right to travel (right of locomotion), nor any restriction on Americans.
The issue is how to classify people who violate our borders, our laws, and who have no intention of renouncing their allegiance to their point of origin.
Do we consider them as invaders, singly and collectively?
Or do we treat them as if they were compliant legal immigrants, who seek to establish their new home and allegiance to the people of these united States.

No, they're merely retired Americans who have been paying into the system all of their working lives.....
I would venture to say that the dollars they spend while on holiday in the warmer climes are no detriment to the local economy. Nor are they negatively impacting taxpayer funded services, clogging emergency rooms, overburdening local school districts with their non-English speaking progeny....I could go on.
