If Trump wants to be taken seriously as a candidate he should have bashed Obama over this issue alone.

Oh well those oppose to this clear circumvention of the law and the will of the people know what to do.

ICE officials in central Florida recently invited immigration lawyers to bring forward illegal immigrants facing deportation who did not have criminal records, offering provisional authorization for them to remain here and work legally.

On Tuesday, immigration authorities suspended the deportation of Mariano Cardoso, 23, a Mexican student at Capital Community College in Connecticut, according to Senator Richard Blumenthal, a Democrat, who had pressed Mr. Cardoso’s cause. ICE’s decision ended a two-year battle against deportation for Mr. Cardoso.

But nationwide the administration’s deportations policy remains confused and erratically implemented, immigration lawyers said, with many students and immigrants without criminal records being deported.

This article was quite interesting.
I think with illegal immigrants like those in the article, they shouldnt be deported
I support making "productive" illegals immigrants into Us citizens.

They are making a better life for themselves and haven't committed a known crime

Donal Trump is a idiot in my opinion . He must have a major project in the future

So then your for open borders because the vast majority of illegals are law abiding (except immigration law), hard workers.

Under your theory we should just let any of the 6 billion people in the world who can get to our country in as long as they work hard and stay out of trouble.

I'm sympathetic to these illegals if 22 million Americans weren't unemployed I would agree with you.

They can be productive citizens in their own countries. We don't need them. With the education they received in this country they can make a better life for themselves in their own homelands.

There isn't one illegal alien that is virtually crime free. Most have been using fake or stolen I.D.'s or SS to work here or working under the table and not paying taxes and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

There is the small crime of, you know, breaking our immigration laws and entering this country illegally.

It's not a crime believe it or not. Merely a civil violation.

Reallly? So if it is not a crime, why do the illegals break the immigration laws (law breaking = crime, btw)? Playing with words and supplying your own definitions does not make it any less of a crime.

known crime?

Trespassing?

How does' an illegal get a job without a stolen SS number or working under the table?
All the above are "crimes".

First time an illegal is deported is a civil violation. Second time caught and deported is criminal which can mean time with the Feds. And using fake SSNs and especialy ID theft are also serious crimes.

MOST illegals are out and out criminals and the rest are on the edge.
