WASHINGTON | Mon Jun 6, 2011 11:24am EDT

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a challenge to a California law that gives illegal immigrants the same in-state college tuition rates as legal state residents, another contentious issue in the nation's immigration policy debate.

Quote:
But – alas! – the California legislature has nonetheless found money in the coffers to fund special college and university grants intended specifically for illegal alien students (Americans need not apply). It’s called the “California DREAM Act,” and it’s sailing quite smoothly through the legislature right now.
Message From California:

to bad this writer isnt familiar with the actual laws he's spouting off about...but what is expected form a website called Town Hall with Austin Hill...

Yes, it’s true - the United States is ordered by a “government of the people, by the people, for the people…” But in our 31st state, it’s a government that is “for” just about anyone – except the American Citizen.
It's obvious CA is going down and with others issues they face it looks like illegal immigration will be the nail in their coffin. But don't worry, Obama will bail them out, compliments of the U.S. taxpayer, you and I!!

Country can no longer make logical decisions for its own good. But we can babysit 6th world countries like As*crackistan and Eyewreck. Well, that bodes very poorly for this once great country, looking like a failed country.....you WILL see more and more symptoms of this fact in the future.
