I'd like employer 3 strikes and you are not a corp anymore (state grants titles of incorporation), no more limited liability, so put your homes execs on the line with each deal, and the officers should not be allowed to ever be officers in the future anywhere for their entire lives (Like sex offenders list, have list for them, and hiring one = you cannot incorporate), severely cutting their lifetime earning capability.

We treat employers today with a slap on the wrist, repeat offending today is profitable.

I agree. It would be better to go hard after the employers but also keep in mind that not all illegals are here working, or working much. Up to a third or illegals are women living off welfare handouts just from giving birth here are able to access food stamps, Medicaid, WIC, government housing and so on.

The welfare types are the worst types of all, they're not even coming here to do any hard work for little pay but the appeal of this country to them are our generous welfare handouts. One baby and they never have to worry about working for a living again.

A lot of this problem could be solved by cutting off all welfare handouts to illegals, ending the anchor baby route around the immigration laws and into the welfare offices and going after the employers.

Laws against tax evasion and other business laws are extremely harsh. A business failing to pay the IRS is in for some real hurt while those that bring in boxcars of illegals get by with it.

And a business discriminating against one group of Americans can be shut down with all the fines it will pay, yet a business discriminating against all Americans, employing no Americans is given a pass.

No one said a pot head equals a murderer. Where did you get the idea that people on this forum claimed that all crimes are the same as extremely violent heinous crimes?

Tax evasion for example - that isn't murder or rape. Embezzlement, shoplifting, hot check writing are also non-violent crimes.

Can a white collar criminal who murdered no one be penalized? Of course he can. What kind of lawyer would argue that a white collar criminal, a tax evader, a businessman engaging in fraud and deceptive practices isn't an axe murderer and therefore should not be punished in any way?
