So being a hard worker is reason to give immigration lawbreakers a pass according to the pro-illegals? I am sure this German's mother is up in age so she probably wouldn't work anyway. We have enough legal Germans that come here. We don't need the illegal kind also. I agree, I don't care what nationality an illegal is....get out and go home!

You simply don't allow illegal alien to achieve a 10 million populations if you wish to be able to throw them out.
Once there is no fear of being deported the illegals can come out and should be given an option to do things properly as well as paying a fine and back taxes without having to return to their countries of origin.
I an get behind that; if illegal aliens are willing to run the risk of going to jail for their crimes first. If an American can wind up in the can for fraud, etc. why not an illegal?
Both mom and son are not in US illegally The son came on a visa waiver program Not sure about mom but she has an interpol warrant for fraud from Germany So this has case has nothing to do with illegal immigration as both of them came to US legally
Again, we need the jobs that these illegals are holding. So no fines, no back taxes, etc. to be allowed to remain in this country to become legal. That is just another form of amnesty and only encourages more illegals to come here. In short we don't need these people. We already allow in a milion legal immigrants a year based on our ability to accomodate them in jobs and resources. If anything until our economy improves we need to cut back on legal immigration also and no, that doesn't make me anti-immigration either. It is just common sense.
Maybe they should just throw im in jail and leave his relative alone.

Isn't it interesting how the pro-illegals call certain nationalities all hard workers to justify the presence of illegal aliens in our midst? There are hard workers and lazy people of every country. I didn't realize anyways that within our immigration laws there is a clause that states you can come here or stay here illegally based on your ability to work hard.
Treat the bum like any other troublemaker who isn't a US citizen; deport him if he's the arsonist.
Deport him and he'll just be back, it's too easy to obtain whole sets of fake and stolen documents, he needs long hard prison time and then deportation.
This kind of thing shouldn't surprise anyone, immigrants now believe they have the right to break the laws of this country. They sure do love our easy money but feel they are above the laws.

The last thing illegals want is to have 10% of them doing what you just said. That WOULD be the end of illegal aliens in the USA. Many people who normally support amnesty would be against it as well.
