Indiana is sick and tired of illegal aliens, and sicker still of the Federal failure to do something about them.

Last year they passed their own version of Arizona’s immigration law – which included mandatory E-Verify for all businesses, with pnalties, verification of immigration status when passing out state welfare benefits, and a ban on the acceptance of Mexico’s fraud-friendly “Matricula Consular” card. Part of the law was blocked by a Federal judge, but the bulk remains in effect.

Part of that law also requires the state to calculate the annual cost of illegal aliens to the state – and bill Washington, D.C. for it. This year’s cost? $130.9 million.

Go Hoosiers! Indiana Sends Congress the Bill for the Cost of Illegal Aliens | Stand With Arizona

Here's hoping the rest of America jumps on board and rides the train back to US sovereignty

Smart.

Local and state taxpayers should not have to bear the whole burden of supporting all these illegals -- and all because the administration refuses to enforce the immigration laws.

It really is a great feeling living in one of the few states that actually enforces the laws against illegal immigration.

That is what happens when you live in a bleeding heart liberal state that has been flooded with illegal aliens.

HURRAY INDIANA!!!!

Too bad MN isn't following your lead.

The story below is about a couple's daughter who was killed by an illegal immigrant who had been deported once for dwi and returned to his sanctuary city of St. Paul. Had been stopped again, and they knew he had returned but did nothing to remove him from our country. A couple of days ago, he plowed his SUV into a 17-yr. old girl who was waiting for her shcool bus. Her parents were LEGAL immigrants who had gone through LEGAL process to become citizens. She was their only child.
No state needs to have more of this:

Now that is dang funny. I'd like to see the bill that California sends Congress, for what illegals cost this state.

All States should follow suit, good for Indiana.

I hear some posters on this forum, claim that illegals, do not cost us a cent. Really now, so it is a figment of our imgaination ha?
