What you stated above, is pretty much a foregone conclusion. Come election day, Obama is going to get a reality check.

At the rate Obama is going he might just as well do away with ICE seeing as how he is striping away their ability to enforce the laws they were hired to oversee and being made to enforce the laws he feels are best for this country, which would include upholding the public safety.
By virtue of uttering any of the following: "I'm a Dreamer", "I have a GED", "I went to high school", Obama has given illlegals a get out of jail card for those caught committing a crime or being investigated for committing a crime. Obama is making is so easy for criminals to commit crime after crime after crime with no arrest or detention as they can use Obama's gift card (get out of jail card) over and over and over. At what point do any of those statements become ineffective - murder? So much for public safety.
So remember folks, whether you are legal or illegal and you are caught in the act of committing a crime or accused of a crime, just say any of the above statements and you get to walk. No questions asked, no proof required. And if you are detained just say one word: lawsuit.
