This guy needs to file "provocation" against the Mexican that flew the flag. I guess it time to start a major campaign against the Mexican.
the only thing his flag flying shouldve provoked was a call to the authorities, who would come out and tell the thief, "the law against flying the mexican flag above the american one is not enforced due to conflict with the first amendment of the constitution". then the thief should've either kept his opinion to himself or shared it with others. his physical reaction is what crossed the boundary from free speech into criminality. and that is why he is considered a thief. by US law.

no. i dont feel that would solve anything. they would probably just return. we need to find a way to accept them and turn them into productive members of society without criminalizing their every step.
