Lawsuit funded by the anti-immigrant group NumbersUsa( Founding leader is documented racist John Tanton). They are just wasting their money and time in court!!
Then i condemn MECHA and what they stand for then. Are you willing to say the same about John Tanton and the groups he founded?
John Tanton felt that too much legal immigration and certainly illegal immigration was not healthy for our environment. The clue here is "too much". How is that racist?
From the resort town of Petoskey, Mich., Dr. Tanton helped start all three major national groups fighting to reduce immigration, legal and illegal, and molded one of the most powerful grass-roots forces in politics.

Tanton is a Democrat and an Environmentalist, he sees to much population as destroying the environment. He points out that in the SW states the population has increased and can not survive unless water is managed for them. The continued use of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers in these baron environments is having a harsh effect, all caused by over population of the land. He has extended this to the entirety of the US population and finite resources. Does this make him racist? NO, but the PRO-illegal advocates like to claim that it does and use the argument of persons per land area, saying we have enough land to populate heavier. They fail in realizing we don't have the resources for it.

I see his stance as being pro-America rather than racist. I haven't read anywhere that he wants immigration completely halted. What you stated above makes complete sense. It isn't about the land but the ability to provide resources to the population occupying it and protecting our environment.
Interesting that he is a Democrat. I didn't know that. I wonder if those calling him a racist are aware of that?

Do you also condemn La Raza (NCLR) for their association with such a racist group? I don't support any extremist organizations. However, NumbersUSA does not qualify as such. Therefore, I do not condemn them. Of course, you believe anti-illegal immigration is tantamount to anti-immigration. Or, should I say, you refuse to make the distinction. So, your agenda is obvious.

Whenever an article or issue has any connection to a John Tanton group, you can expect the same rant from blacknight. That "racism" nonsense has already been debunked, to no avail.

I have heard that same claim about Tanton from others who view illegal immigration the way that he does. He seems to be their whipping post just because he like me wants legal immigration in reasonable numbers and opposes illegal immigration. People like Tanton are viewed as racist by them but it doesn't make any sense based on the above.

Likewise, all who dare oppose illegal immigration are unjustly labeled racists. It's total BS, but that's all pro-illegals have in their pathetic defense of illegal immigration. I think some foolishly believe if they repeat a lie enough times, eventually it will become truth. But, a lie is a lie is a lie is a lie. . . .
Maybe you'd like to go protect the border armed only with bean-bag shotgun rounds while Mexican drug cartel members shoot at you with 7.62x39 rifles illegally traffiked to them by AG-Holder & BATFE?
Oh, please. Spare me the theatrics.
These guys just HAPPENED to file their lawsuit 2 months before the election, it just HAPPENED to be related to the GOP talking point about the "Dream Act," and their lead attorney just HAPPENS to be a Romney campaign advisor.
Anybody but the most dense can easily see this is politically motivated.
