Members of Oregon DreamActivist will be walking to the Capitol in Salem from Portland to deliver petitions they've gathered and draw attention to their cause.
"I will walk for social equality and for the immediate demandto reinstate driver's licenses for undocumented people," said walker Sindy Avila, who recently came out publicly with her undocumented status.

Oregon is a pretty liberal state but I hope Americans who live there that are for the rule of law and soveirgnty of our nation will protest their arrogance while they are out there marching.
Quick...lets detain her for deportation. Wrong! Illegals don't even care, they openly flaunt their illegal status...knowing they are a protected class.
Sadly, we perpetuate this sense of entitlement for these people. What can you expect when you enter just about any hospital or public service office in the state and see just as many signs in spanish as you do in english? We cater to these people in a way that is unlike any other nationality. There are people living in this country that come from all different backgrounds where english is not their first language, and they get no special treatment. Yet, a spanish-only speaking illegal alien can waltz into any public service office and be catered to like they are God's gift to the free world. In fact, I don't think you can even land a state job with the Department of Human Services in Oregon if you are not bilingual (English and Spanish only, of course). Occasionally they look for people bilingual in Russian (for Woodburn residents), but 90% of the time they look for spanish speakers only.
Well this is what happens when people realize the US government doesn't care to deport them. But hey we can thank every president and congress since Reagan because it's there fault.
Maybe the immigration officials should just show up and arrest all of them. Of course that will never happen.
It is pretty mind blowing that they can carry signs like "undocumented and unafraid" (actually advertising that they are in our country illegally and ICE won't approach them). If an American lawbreaker carried a sign openly confessing their guilt to a crime I doubt that law enforcement would just ignore them.
They will push for what they can get away with and both the Republicans and Democrats are too afraid to stand up to the illegals. I did not see any illegal Asians, which is the second largest group of illegals. I think they are all out there working vice standing around demanding something.
And yet, come in legally and try to get a license without a SSN and you can't. Let illegal immigrants pay the fee that legal immigrants pay and then they can have the privileges that all deserve. JMHO
