yeah, i would. but what is the nature of their bias? they are trying to get a piece of the pie, not keep it all for themselves.
The thing is, it's not their pie. We gathered the ingredients for the pie, we mixed the filling, we rolled the crust, we baked the pie, and we set it out to cool. The "pie" belongs to the legal citizens of the US.
It would be certainly possible and fairly easy. It would just require a number of laws rapidly passed and signed into law.
We could very easily strip illegals of all property and assets. Just declare it illegal booty under RICO type laws. Then start grabbing them off of the street and put them on road gangs. If they stay they spend the next ten years on bread and water building roads out in the hot sun and they lose everything they have stolen from the American people. If they leave they can continue on with their lives in Mexico or where ever.
It would be very simple actually. We would just have to have the political willpower in Washington to do it.
Bingo, use them for labor to finish the wall along the border. Once the wall is completed attach 10,000 volts to it.

This whole scenario reminds me of the story of the Little Red (white and blue) Hen.
Hen: Who will help me bake the pie?
Mexico: Not I!
El Salvador: Not I!
Brazil: Not I!
Then when the pie is baked, they all start clamoring for a piece.
No, it wouldn't be hard to track down all the illegals. All that would be necessary would be to deputize a couple of hundred thousand US citizens to hunt them down.

you forgot the part where we killed a bunch of people to steal the oven. and i think we used immigrant labor to grow the ingredients and prepare the food. we just kind of eat it.
legally? ok. but the laws are not the final say in what is just. thats why we repeal them and modify them. as a people, we learn from our mistakes, and we do make mistakes.
