You get to protest in LA because so far, latino power has let you. When they stop letting you, it will be MacArthur park all the time. The city will stop giving permits. The police won't risk it. Every incidence will be too dangerous.
The Latino Times admits that blacks in Los Angeles are threats to the city's revitalization.
Latino gangs have decreed that blacks have to go. The city says:

That kind of demographic shift has occurred in many parts of Southern California, but Florence-Firestone is one of the places where it has turned violent. The violence threatens an economic revival that has begun to revitalize the neighborhood.
Why? Here's the reason and it isn't gang violence that's a smokescreen.

No matter how you combat "gangs" it's not going to change because this is not a gang problem. This is a war.

The shift is occurring because of the illegals. Most of these gang bangers are illegals. And if not they do bolster the numbers, and make these gangs more powerful, and thereby more brash enough to try and get rid of blacks.

Do you mean by "Taken over" like held official positions? And Again, you don't know which gang member is illegal or not. You have to remember Legal Hispanics started these gangs since before you were born. Unless of course your like 70 years old. You can't blame gangs on illegals, sure there is tension between Blacks and Hispanics in L.A. This has been happening since the late 80's and is still continuing through this day. I believe there have been many efforts by rappers to bring the Blacks and the Hispanics together such as this music video by Snoop Dogg and founder of Cypress Hill B-Real.

The article is talking about Gang rivalries, not about illegal immigration.
Latino gangs in California are no doubt filled with countless illegals. They are in fact related in topic, therefore it is relevant to illegal immigration and the crimes they commit, and the racism they spout.
However, the article says nothing about illegal immigration. This should go under another section such as politics and controversies. And everyone spouts racism.. I mean jesus.. there are White gangs centered around racism. Ever seen American History X?
