If it is more than verbal assult as the article said, then it is battery.

Interferring with the BP's duties where it becomes a dangerous situation is still more than just yelling. One doesn't have to get physical to do that. You yourself admitted that an assault can be by either word or action.
Interesting how the BP and law abiding Americans become the bad guys while illegal aliens and their supporters become the victims.
What about when those agents gathered in troops to massacre 1 undocumented alien who was pressed down to the floor? Asking for mysery for his life, when those 16? "reputable ICE agents were beating this unarmed man to death? who gives an F will you say right?
What about when an 18 year old, unarmed, (and I think he was legal) was shot to dead bu these so called agents? Who gives an F about that ain't it?

I don't know what incidents you are referring to as you didn't provide any links but if you think that represents the majority of our Border Patrol agents then you aren't dealing in reality.
