Barack Obama's Plan
Quote:

Create Secure Borders

Obama wants to preserve the integrity of our borders. He supports additional personnel, infrastructure and technology on the border and at our ports of entry.
Improve Our Immigration System

Obama believes we must fix the dysfunctional immigration bureaucracy and increase the number of legal immigrants to keep families together and meet the demand for jobs that employers cannot fill.
Remove Incentives to Enter Illegally

Obama will remove incentives to enter the country illegally by cracking down on employers who hire undocumented immigrants.
Bring People Out of the Shadows

Obama supports a system that allows undocumented immigrants who are in good standing to pay a fine, learn English, and go to the back of the line for the opportunity to become citizens.
Work with Mexico

Obama believes we need to do more to promote economic development in Mexico to decrease illegal immigration

Barack Obama | Change We Can Believe In | Immigration

Compare that to richardson and tell me what the difference is. There is no difference

Bill Richardson for President | Issues | Immigration

Since i'm for securing the border too guess none of you can call me pro illegal.
Bill Richardson supports amnesty. He simply calls it something else. These thugs, criminals, murderers, rapists, child molesters and economic terrorists that have invaded this country shouldn't be here. Anything other than seizing their property and physically deporting them is amnesty.

I'm curious, did you vote for those who proposed and passed Amnesty last time?

Did you vote for Bush, who wanted to add 400,000 more immigrants each year on top of all the others?

He made that known before he was elected, ...if no one supports that, how did he get elected?.

Do you really think what some call 'pro-illegals' were the only people who voted for Bush?

Things aren't as simple as your're insinuating. We only have a two party system, and while we have troops dying in Iraq you can't base a presidential election vote on a single campaign issue.

I am always amazed at how the pro-illegal crowd go out of their way to justify the actions of criminals. Some things just never change.
