The exchange between two federal immigration agents and an undocumented mother quickly gets ugly. As a grainy, dizzying minute-long video shows, two pairs of hands reach into the front side of a car where a seated female driver pushes against one uniformed federal immigration agent. In the next scene, the woman’s hands are held down against the window as she’s dragged out of her car. The last scene shows her held to the ground, handcuffed by two officials.

What It Looks Like When Immigration Agents Arrest An Undocumented Mom In Front Of Her Kids | ThinkProgress

What's the big deal here? That woman should've known her luck was gonna run out, that despicable "you owe me" loser.

I just skimmed the article as it is just another illegal alien sob story. Why should anyone feel sorry for this woman? As an illegal alien, she knew she had no business being here and she knew that she risked being caught one day and deported. As for the kids being upset, that's the mother's fault for putting them in that position. And yes, this woman is despicable.

It looks good to me!

She is suspected of associating with a human smuggler, although she claims not very well. Yeah, right.

These illegals have their nerve to extend energy and time to rally against US immigration laws when they would be better off "staying in the shadows." I never cease to be amazed at the nerve and entitlement when they are quite aware they broke the law to come here. Go home and apply for legal passage. Nah, just go home. We have enough problems without supporting these law breakers and their multiple "anchor babies."

...what it looks like when an adult has a tantrum in front of her kids when caught breaking the law.

What did she expect? If you have kids you're free to break the law? Or if you scream loud enough law enforcement will just let you go? Despicable.

ThinkProgress? What a joke! They are a far left, bleeding heart, pro-illegal source.

I think they were following standard procedure. Of course, that seems to only apply anymore if you are a US citizen.

This happens all the time. I saw a police car pull someone over a couple of months ago outside our house. They were taking the driver but there were kids in the car and the police officers waited until the kids were picked up before leaving with the person they picked up.

I am glad they are publicizing this though as it might wake up some of the other illegals as to the possibilities. Anchor kids are not a get out of jail free card.

The article should have been entitled "This Could Happen To You If You Are Illegally Present In the US"

Across the board, I am tired of people taking no personal responsibility. The fault here lies with the mother and no one else.

What you're never shown is the compassion and care your border agents show to those they have caught in the deserts of Az. and Ca. who've trekked for miles over terrible terrain.

I've personally witnessed scenes of a couple of those agents with 20 or more illegal aliens all on their butts or knees with hands zip-tied behind them, being given water by the agents carefully holding a bottle to their mouths one at a time allowing them to drink some while moving among them.

I've also witnessed them having deep cuts and scratches on their legs being treated with first aid from the agents vehicles.

Seen them being brought into Yuma General Hospital emerge with bloody noses etc., from fighting with the arresting agents only to witness them getting treated before the agents with similar injuries do.

You need to stop obsessing over their treatment being in any way prejudicial or contrary to the norms of a civilized society. Were any of them to perform any kind of resistance or back-talk to authority figures, ANY authority in their country of origin, be it Mexico or Guatemala, they'd not be seen again by friends or relatives until they'd been stripped of everything they own ....if they're ever seen again at all.

What does what you just said have anything to do with deporting illegal aliens? Deporting their kind IS civilized; word is YOUR country, Canada, treats ITS illegals, including US citizens rougher than we treat their kind.

What the heck is wrong with you? Where in the blazes did you ascertain I was suggesting deportation was in any way un-civilized?

You have a reading comprehension problem if you determined I was being anything but supportive to American system of deportation or rounding them up. THEY'RE ILLEGAL ALIENS!

Go back and read my post again (especially the last para) after you sober up.
