Happened in Minnesota - apparently she had already been cited in 2006 for driving without a license. Law enforcement in this country has become a farce where illegals are concerned. As long as they keep pulling acts like this, the problem will stay on the radar and eventually something is going to have to be done.

Where did you get the information that the suspect is an illegal alien? There is no citizenship status indicated in the story in the link you provided. Is it just the person has a hispanic sounding last name that is it assumed to be an illegal? Where is the proof the person is illegal?
Or is this just another fan the flames and tie any crime to an illegal without any proof the person is an illegal?

Obviously, Don'tH8 . . . common sense is long gone! ! ! ! !
… and ignorance and sheep mentality are on the rise, just claim someone with a hispanic sounding last name is an illegal and all the sheep will follow and believe it. Even though there is no indication in a report that the person is illegal, just make the unsupported claim and watch how many just believe it.
The woman, identified as Alianiss Nunez Morales, 23, of Minneota, failed to stop at a stop sign Tuesday before hitting the bus,
Authorities said Morales is not the woman's real name, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were trying to figure out her true identity. Claude Arnold, special agent in charge of investigations, said Morales told investigators she was from Mexico, and his agency believes she is in the country illegally.

I am so used to your knee-jerk reaction that I actually did your homework for you:
MINNEAPOLIS — A woman who authorities say is in the country illegally and using an alias was charged Friday with four counts of criminal vehicular homicide and two lesser charges in a school bus crash that killed four children.
A woman who identified herself as Alianiss Nunez Morales, 23, of Minneota, was driving a van that failed to stop at a stop sign Tuesday before hitting a bus carrying 28 students from Lakeview School, Lyon County Attorney Richard Maes said. The accident happened near the small town of Cottonwood, in southwestern Minnesota.
