And you have to understand that Los Angeles City and County would shrivel up and blow away if not for the illegal alien population and their anchor babies. The majority of middle class people of all races have moved out to be replaced with illegals. Without illegals, the schools would be more than least half empty, businesses would close, and the almost 9 percent sales tax the city receives would be greatly reduced. Los Angeles cannot survive with a hand full of has been movie stars and a few very wealthy people.
Los Angeles is fighting for it's life. A Los Angeles without illegals would be worse off than Miami without Cubans.

A leaner legal population might not be a bad thing .
Plenty of smaller population cities have strong economies.

yikes..what a load of baloney...The money you suggest goes to processing Immigration..has nothing to do with "Illegal" anybody... I'm not even American and understand it..and Canadian policy is very similar.. It is time consuming and litigious par usual vetting and hearings cost money! Immigrant's do NOT automatically get labeled as ILLEGAL.. Actually most illegals are of 2 sorts..1) Sneaking in unbenouced 2) HB worker's brought in by corporations to work..who never leave..

#2 Why aren't those Corporations held accountable for such costs when brought them in..paid them "Slave wages" or didn't bother paying them ( what's their recourse )..so fade away after their visa expires!!!!!

It's pretty sad..living in a country of laws..actually have the nerve to say..immigrants have no need to be judge by the laws of your own Country..simply shipped out..JUST CAUSE
