I made no such conclusion it was a thesis put forth above to justify a majority against amnesty.

Okay, but it's not working.

Wonderful, I am glad that he was led away in handcuffs because he gets behind the wheel drunk again.

Immigrant arrested by ICE after dropping daughter off at school, sending shockwaves through neighborhood - LA Times

He obviously thinks it's fine to drive with no license because he is a criminal who can't get a license because he is not authorized to be in America.

He also seems to like driving drunk and endangering the public with his love of driving when drunk.

The undocumented aliens biggest defender also felt the need to throw another verbal tantrum over this.

Trump lost the popular vote because of California and New York. Both loaded with liberals, illegals and democrats.

What I cannot understand is why people think allowing people with DUI convictions and other assorted crimes to stay in the country is a good thing. Are they unaware of the thousands of deaths caused by drunk drivers? Our own DUI offenders are bad enough without importing more from Mexico and elsewhere. This guy had a DUI and also an outstanding deportation order. Why shouldn't he have been deported? His family is free to go to Mexico with him. Their choice.

Maybe if we deport enough criminal illegals that the rest will realize that maybe they need to stay on the right side of the law.

No one thinks it to be a good thing. He should have been deported in 2009 however. Letting it go on and on without resolution creates a situation where justice becomes arbitrary and irrational.

The entry of illegals should have been brought to almost a complete halt in the late 80s. But instead it was actually encouraged if anything. That leads to the current mess.

And picking off the ones well integrated with wives and children is pretty dumb. There is no way this does anything to solve the problem and it simply builds up the hate in minority communities.

We need a solution not anecdotes creating hate.

Dig around a bit on the Gallup site and you will find it has gone on the same for decades.

They polled disproportionately higher numbers of blacks and, to a lesser degree, Hispanics.

Non-Hispanic whites 857 (appx 37.5%) US census 61.6%
Non-Hispanic blacks 802 (appx 35%) US census 13.3%
Hispanics 508 (appx 22%) US census 17.6%

Coming from Miami I have scene these cases and after a lawyer and fast filling of paper work at least gave Illegal alien a green card.
If you're a visa overstay, that might work. Remember that the bulk of these people are Mexicans who just simply crossed without inspection.

From the cite...

Samples are weighted to correct for unequal selection probability and non-response. They are also weighted to match the national demographics of gender, age, race, Hispanic ethnicity, education, region, population density, and phone status (cell phone-only/landline only/both and cell phone mostly). Demographic weighting targets are based on the March 2014 Current Population Survey figures for the aged 18 and older U.S. population. Phone status targets are based on the January-June 2014 National Health Interview Survey. Population density targets are based on the 2010 census. All reported margins of sampling error include the computed design effects due to weighting.

Actually your wrong I live in Phoenix and remember the sweeps the Sheriff did lot of them moved out of the state or went back to Mexico. Minority communities who are legal don't want them here I know hispanics, and others who tell me this they don't want them here. If you make life little tough on them word will get around and they will think twice about coming here.
