I didnt know how many of you have heard about the new bills floating around California right now known as the "Illegal Immigrant Package." Here are the aspects of the bill.
AB2418: Illegal Immigrant Package – Denial of Bail:This bill would deny bail to any person charged with a gang-related crime or violent felony. It prohibits alien criminals from posting bail and leaving the country as well under ANY circumstance and any crime.
AB2420:Illegal Immigrant Package – Sanctuary Cities Prohibition:This bill would prohibit local entities and authorities from establishing themselves as “sanctuary cities” that disallow cooperation with state and federal authorities on illegal immigration.
AB2421: Illegal Immigrant Package – Illegal Immigrant Employer Penalties:This bill outlines a business license revocation process for those employers who hire illegal immigrants.
AB2422: Illegal Immigrant Package – Reporting Illegal Juveniles to ICE:This bill would require local authorities to report juveniles to Immigration and Customs Enforcement when they have been charged with a violent felony.
AJR44:Illegal Immigrant Package - Repeal 14th Amendment of U.S. Constitution:This bill would urge Congress to repeal the section of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. constitution which guarantees birthright citizenship. This would show California's support against this amendment.
Let the bloodbath begin both in California government and among all the pro-illegal immigrant and anti-illegal immigrant groups. This should be very interesting.
Most of the above laws will be passed--------the anger against illegals in becoming too great now.
Such laws will also overrule Special Order 40 of the City of Los Angeles.
What should be interesting is how much of a fiasco the May 1st demonstrations will be......I have a sneaking suspicion the pro illegal turnout will be disappointing at most
Nothing will be passed or enforced- Not in Liberal CA!
Those laws will never make it through the liberal Democratic controlled CA Legislature. They are just for publicity and everyone knows that Hispanic Lobby groups will stop all these possible laws dead in their track.

Nothing 'Liberal' anymore about California---------the MEChA crowd remind me of the KKK and their enablers of another era. The above hate WASP culture-------and, consider those 'Hispanics' who are true Americans as 'race' traitors.
Methinks the Federal government will 'crack the whip' against Sacramento-----------with 1-2 years.
Yep, we have fruits and nuts of both the right wing and left wing variety out here. Those bills have about as much chance of being passed as would a resolution for California to seceed from the United States and become a province of Mongolia.
Although is looks promising, assembly bill are just something to build a carrer on, california doesn't enforce the laws they have now and will not enforce these even if there passed, some judge will say they are agianst the rights of illegals.
On what grounds would there be for suing? It enforces OUR LAWS. They cant sue based on OUR LAWS. And yes, most are fed up with the illegal antics (taking our money while saying go back to Eurpoe). This will pass, the illegals will have a field day with it, and America will prevail...we always have. Maybe next Mayday we will have ICE agents at the California locales.
