The head of the union representing more than 2,000 Phoenix police officers says each day of delay in implementing a new immigration policy puts lives at risk.
Mark Spencer with the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association says the number of Hispanic murder victims is alarming, that 63 percent of all homicide victims in the city in 2006-2007 were Hispanic. And, he said 50 percent of the murder suspects were in the United States illegally.
What facts does Spencer have to back what he is saying up? I know they have facts to back up that the victims were hispanic

Now what does he have to back up his claims that 50 percent of the suspects were illegal immigrants?
According to the U.S DOJ, the Black population (which is less than 15% of the population) commits an astounding 52% of all homicide.

Note: The chart at the think above only has "White" and "Black" for offenders. So the 46% White homicide-offender percentage is incorrect because 'Hispanics' are labeled as Whites. And approximately 1/3rd of federal inmates are Hispanic, so you do the math.

what about; 100%of murders in trailerparkland comitted by toothless whites?
They should be locked up. They should be charged with any other offense committed as well such as illegal possession of a firearm. In the case of the illegals, they should be sent home for the offense of coming here illegally.
What about the murders committed by racist, dirty, and cannibalistic Mexicans who try to purify non-latino neighborhoods in south LA?
