Since you are speaking generally on "Migrants", best to seek some further data on where these migrants are actually gaining entry from: Perhaps some are from countries such as the areas of the middle east- Where Doctors are pummeling our system as they are HIGHLY sought after. Or perhaps from the asian area where engineers and consulting firms are seeking their methods to collaborate on international business opportunities.

This nonsense ( and quite frankly, insulting) overgeneralize that migrants are not educated is a mockery to many who have entered here and gained status in various industries to enhance our technology and trades.

Tesla came to the USA as a migrant-

Kissinger as well.

I usually refer folks to a safer country ..

Their own governments tell them, because they want to get rid of them. What an easy way to dump your excess and unproductive populace off on someone else. Just herd them in a direction away from your nation and toward the USA or Europe.

Exactly, and their governments just love the remittances that they send back to their homelands which enriches their governments. It's a scam!

They all have phones - I'm surprised that these illegals aren't calling people at home and saying don't come - there is nothing here and they may well do so after spending the winters up north.

But there is something here for them.

World-class healthcare for FREE

Higher education for FREE

Housing, food, clothing, and government officials are willing to fight for the illegal immigrant's access to services.

No other nation on this planet is as welcoming as the USA

Overgeneralizing nonsense? The vast majority of millions of illegal migrants, "refugees," and "asylum seekers" pouring over our southern border are poor, ill-educated, and without high-end skills. Don't conflate them with highly educated and skilled Asians, Middle Easterners, and Nigerians, who enter this country legally.

But don't take my word for it. Where do you live? On your next vacation, you might want to go to Eagle Pass and see what's happening there. Let us know how many Teslas and Kissingers you encountered there.
Yup!!!

I did not know that N. Tesla and H. Kissinger were BOTH illegal aliens.

Can you provide documentation for that?

Excellent and truthful post. Thanks! We have no problem with skilled and educated immigrants that we actually need. However, they shouldn't be undercutting Americans by working for less either. I know that the IT industry is guilty of that.

Why some people blur the lines between legal and illegal and just lump them all under plain ole immigrants is beyond me.
