The preamble provides insight into the purpose our forefathers had in mind when they came together to form this document for US (United States). It was not meant for people to come here on a vacation trip and stay and then declare they have the same rights as all U.S. Citizens. If that's the case, we should declare our Constitution as the world constitution since it applies to everyone. We could then say our laws supercede all other countries. You must be a Neo-Conservative.
Anyway, I'n not saying illegal immigrants aren't entitled to "human rights". However, people often confuse human rights with civil rights ascribed under our U.S. laws. There is a difference. BTW, Irwhine. I know what you mean by amateur hour.
