OK, so as I understand it, you own a company. You DON'T hire illegals, you DON'T hire those without a college degree, and you DON'T even hire those who fail to pass some "test". How do we KNOW this test is a FAIR one? Do you think "owning" a company gives you the right to judge others? What about the people who may WANT to work at your company, but CAN'T just because you don't hire them? Is THAT fair? I'm sure some of those people you DON'T hire, are really nicer than some of the ones you hire....doesn't that bother you ONE BIT?.....

and I have caught some whose.......bonifides were questionable, like a SSN that checked to an 80 WF in Floridians was presented for a Spanish fella.........
