Joke, right ? Besides all that, when did illegal aliens suddenly change into "migrant workers"? Thats somewhat like saying the "weathermen underground" were just a bunch of "social reformers" back in the 60's. Whats next ? All that stuff about cheap tomatoes. How about "the bad economy will fail if all all that cheap labor is deported". Think you could debunk us a little more? Good thing we have all that work "American's won't do" covered, right?

No they don't. Notice what they've done for their own countries. Nothing.
There is no way they come here to work for extremely low wages and pay their own way, pay tuition for their kids to attend our schools, they cannot afford the high cost of living in this country and manage to send billions of dollars back to Mexico every month.
The cost of living in the USA is high for Americans with an education, literacy, and legal wages, it's not possible to have the high birth rates and very low wages and make it on their own.
Besides, if they were any good at supporting an economy, they would have done so in their own beloved homelands.

1. Illegal aliens qualify for NOTHING but emergency care in this country. If they get sick or get cancer, they are sent home to die. No chemo and no treatment is given to them at all.
2. Legal immigrants also qualify for nothing except for emergency care and immunizations for children. They must be in the country for 5 years before they qualify for ANY government program including Section 8, foodstamps, SCHIP, Medicare, Medicaid. They must be present and WORK for 10 years before they qualify for Social Security benefits of any kind. If a child of a LEGAL immigrant gets cancer and does not have PRIVATE insurance, they too are sent home to DIE and no treatment is given.
but what about all the illegals who steal ID and SS#'s and claim to be legal and slip thru the cracks.

They use fake SS#'s to collect state welfare. wick. tax refunds (both state and federal), free education for all thier many offspring, ad nausem. I see them standing in line (cowboy hats, boots & big silver belt buckles) at the state welfare offices everyday. They seem to drive fairly new pick ups or big suvs & have countless kids in tow. Must be a money making deal. Go figure.
Your sister-in-law may be hard working, the kids might be great kids, but there really is a limit to how many people can come here and be provided for by the taxpayers. There's a limit -- and right now immigration is out-of-control. There are far too many who need and far too few us who must provide for their every need.
$9 an hour to supprt 3 children isn't feasible in this country, we have an extremely high cost of living here. That's one of the problems with rampant immigration. We're destroying our economy and our standard of living very quickly.
This reminds me of the Octo-Mom and the theme of responsibility. Why do people think it is ok to keep letting people into the US who can't even afford to take care of themselves less the people they are bringing with them.
if there is one anchor baby in the family, the entire family reaps benefits. If the anchor is eligible for section 8 housing, the entire family is placed in an appropriate apartment. Appropriate by US standards, that is; meaning there must be an adequate number of bedrooms and a specific amount of living space per person. Conceivably, a family of 9 (8 illegals and one anchor baby) could end up in a good sized apartment. Nice, huh?
"Assistance for a Section 8 voucher tenancy or over-FMR tenancy. For a tenancy under the voucher program or for an over-FMR tenancy under the certificate program, the PHA must prorate the family's assistance as follows:
(i) Step 1. Determine the amount of the pre-proration housing assistance payment. (Annual income includes income of all family members, including any family member who has not established eligible immigration status.)
(ii) Step 2. Multiply the amount determined in paragraph (c)(2)(i), (Step 1) by a fraction for which: (A) The numerator is the number of family members who have established eligible immigration status; and (B) The denominator is the total number of family members.
(iii) Prorated housing assistance. The amount determined in paragraph (c)(2)(ii), (Step 2) is the prorated housing assistance payment for a mixed family.
(iv) No effect on rent to owner. Proration of the housing assistance payment does not affect rent to owner. The family must pay the portion of rent to owner not covered by the prorated housing assistance payment." (24 C.F.R. § 5.520(c)(2))
It's pretty much the same deal with means-tested federal programs (TANF, Medicaid, CHIP, SSI, and SNAP (formerly food stamps)).
