The employer must then change the exemptions or face penalties and the wrath of the IRS.

Yes, they also abuse the Earned Income Tax Credit, by claiming several children. Hopefully, this will soon be remedied.
I know an illegal family that wouldn't be affected by that law. They used another man's name on the birth certificates, he's a disabled green card holder so has little income. Even though he's not married (in any country) to the other, she and her boyfriend (the father) put the other guy's name on the birth certificate since they are both illegal and the 3 of them split the EITC and tax refund from child tax credit.

Illegals are way ahead of everyone when it comes to our laws. If they can't flat out break them to get ahead, they'll find creative ways to break them.

Remember the articles about the scam the agencies had in Greeley Co? They cut thousands of iillegals tax refunds they never earned.

We need to find some CREATIVE ways to enforce our laws. And some creative ways to punish lawbreakers even if our police wont.

What we really need is to give the American people more of a voice aka voting on issues that only congress decides on now such as healthcare, immigration, etc.

I agree. But you see that would mess up the big business deals and go against the hidden agenda .
