The difference between the undocumented low skilled individuals and the low skilled locals is that the immigrants are willing to work.....

OR The illegals who work for below standard wages have no choice. They know that they can and will be replaced by other illegals. They also know that they can not turn to the law for help.
You are correct in that native low skilled workers are less willing to work extended hours, but also that laws regulate how many hours on a given job legals are allowed to work.
Do your calculations account for the fact that employers must pay legals time and a half if they go over the 40 hour work week? Or account for the fact that employers don't make hours available to work because of this?
Illegals have no such handicap in regards to available hours.
