All residents should fill out the census to determine where tax dollars really need to go to.
Tax dollars really need to go to helping American citizens, not illegal aliens or the communities where they have squatted. By allowing illegal aliens to fill out such a form, new monies will be allotted to that area to further their cushioned stay here while they continue to live off of our government. They are not a part of this nations' decision process because they are criminal aliens from another country and should not be included, they have no say.

If they aren't counted, yet use resources...what do you think will happen? Obviously citizens will lose out as well. We don't live in an apartheid state in which illegal immigrants are completely segregated. In fact, this will create more problems by further entrenching the economic divide that already exists. The poor live in areas with higher percentages of illegal immigrants. Children of illegal immigrants attend schools with children of citizens. Not knowing how much money to allocate is detrimental to those communities.

If that's what it takes for the message to get across, so be it. We're already losing out.
To add, I'm not sure illegal aliens know the length Americans are willing to go to preserve our nation and to be sure we place like minded into office. As far as citizens hurting, it's more that politicians will be hurting. IMO.
As stated before, hell hath no fury like an American.

Exactly!
Maybe those places that harbor illegals will think twice about doing so if they lose federal monies because of under counting their population.
Illegals count for nothing!
