He's in a jam. He's the son of Cuban immigrants who's caught between conservative ideals and the liberal ideal that our country is open to anyone who wants to come here, no questions asked. Just ask his parents. They weren't questioned either, so why should their son question illegal immigrants?

Rubio has nothing to lose by saying this, but could gain hispanic support in what just became a 3 way race for the Senate in Florida! If he were running in AZ, you can bet he wouldnt be saying it.

Agree, but open borders is a libertarian ideal, not a liberal ideal. There are ideological contradictions with both liberals and conservatives regarding open borders, so it's best to call it what it is; libertarian.

That's not a liberal ideal. Show me half a dozen left-leaning posters who say so.

But it's Obama that's taking away all our freedoms.

Don't you oppose the question being asked in Arizona?

I rest my case.

I oppose it because it's unconstitutional, and will render ineffective, and expensive.
