Hi. I currently live in Sarasota, FL and we are wanting to relocate (any questions why just check Sarasota conflicting perspectives postings). My family is my husband, one yr old son and myself. My husband is a truck driver and I am a special education teacher. We are thinking about moving to the Aurora area. Any information would be helpful such as general feel of the town, job oppurtunties, schools... We want 5 or more acres (we have a dog and want some livestock) and a 3or more bedroom house. We can spend about 200K on a home (new or used). Is that reasonable? We've checked real estate sites and have found many houses. We're wondering if there's a catch (crummy construction...) Help please and thank-you.
