Only because the Expo events were over at the time of the incident. Wouldn't be shocking if the victim and perpetrator had been attending Expo events, but I don't think that means you can blame it on the Expo.

Well guess what, it had nothing to do with Expo. Would you rather the police just assume it did? On top of that, it was an accidental shooting. Hopefully everyone can move on with their lives now and accept that Downtown was actually extremely safe on Saturday night.

I didn't even hear that the victim was black. I just noticed how quickly the statement was made that he was not at any Black Expo events. They don't ever say, "The victim had not been attending the Colts game."
