I sent them an email Sunday and have had no response as yet. I also sent an email regarding a change I made to my email contact address and have had no response.

They are still sending advertisements that I have asked them to stop sending (twice) to the email addy that is going to expire soon. I guess that will also stop the ads from getting to me.

My impression of NewEgg is getting worse by the day. Did someone buy them?
