Question about spam e-mails (email, ISP, settings, program)

I am getting tons of e-mails with the subject line like the above, and the text in the e-mail is the same.... 20 to 30 a day...

Are any of you getting them too?

And how do I stop them?

And do you know what they are?

I'm not getting any, but you might check with your Internet provider to find out if they have a spam blocker available. If they do you might be able to tweak the settings. You could also call your ISP and ask if they can tweak it for you.

What email program do you use? You should always include this information when asking a ? it helps responders give a better answer.

I'm using copperfrog.net...for my e-mail service. I'll get in touch with them.... I didn't even think of that..... Thanks for the help...
