I just opened a TD account (not Legacy TD which is being phased out). It took exactly a week to get my access card in the mail.
Something was wrong with my bank details, so I had to print and sign (with a witness) a form with the corrected info, and I mailed it. It's been a week and they haven't acknowledged it. If you've had experience with this, how long did it take?
They also mentioned that if you transfer funds from Legacy TD to TD, you have to submit forms in the mail, and that it can take three weeks.
