Bellevue, Wash. based e-cigarette maker mCig Inc. (OTCQB: MCIG) says it believes at this time its products would be excluded from the much anticipated Food & Drug Administration ("FDA") regulatory proposals for the electronic cigarette industry.


This regulatory proposal has been in the workings for the last two years and comes at a critical time when electronic cigarettes are gaining growing acceptance and use by smokers.
