Yeah, I don't see this as an integrity issue at all. Was it the appropriate thing to do? Absolutely. More CEOs should agree to such paycuts if their shareholders are losing value and they are laying people off. I'll give him credit there. But it's kind of like the "only" thing he should do here because if he didn't, there would be PR hell to pay as this is one of the most visible/followed companies on the planet. Hopefully this stirs up more CEOs to follow suit.
