its not 'on the internet' its just one man's opinion of iowa, he's some 'operative' working for hillary who's organizing fake violence at Trump rallies. Its the man's own words on hidden camera.

You answered your own question - it is "one man's opinion".

I'm not going to waste my time on this.

Please take this to the political forum.

1. No. Iowa is not a "racist state".

2. Trump and his followers seem to organize their own violence and threats of violence without the help of any "operatives".

Oh yeah, every single person in Iowa is racists. WAH.... I've met so many nice people when I lived in Iowa it'll make your head spin. To honestly answer your question. I would say Iowa is not anymore racists than any other state. If you're looking for racism I suggest you try Mississippi or Alabama and yes I have lived in Alabama.

Iowa isn't diverse enough to be racist towards any racial group. I would venture to guess there are not enough minorities in Iowa to give the natives a reason to be racist. I bet about 95% of the towns in Iowa are less than 5% minority. If the towns had enough minority population that their presence were actually felt, there would be a whole lot more racists in Iowa.

I don't think Iowa is any more racist than any other state in the area. Historically its population has been overwhelmingly Northern European, but there is a sizable Italian population in central Iowa and a fair smattering of Croatians throughout the state (both were attracted to coal mining jobs in the first half of the 20th century).

Iowa has a booming Hispanic population of about 200K (which has skyrocketed the past 20 years) and modest yet quickly-growing African-American and Asian populations. As Iowa continues to urbanize, the number of visible minorities will likely increase.

That said, Iowa doesn't have a problem with racism as much as it has a problem with its minorities struggling with poverty (particularly among African-Americans and Hispanics). The income disparity between Caucasians and blacks/Hispanics is among the widest in the nation.

Sneaky, boring thread.

Go back to the elections forum and have more arguments that can't be won.

Well, I will say this. If I have to pick between living in Mississippi/Alabama and Iowa, I'm picking Iowa.
