So we are moving into a new community in Hilliard. Which I guess is also Jacksonville. The subdivision is Saint James Place, our home will be on mersey avenue. I can find ZERO information about what there is to do in Hilliard. Any information would be great! On some websites they list it as Duval county, others Nassau. Anyone have more information?? FYI We are renting this home from a close personal family friend, that is why we do not have a lot of info.

Hilliard is in Nassau County. That county is adjacent to Duval, but since Hilliard is not in Duval, it's not considered a part of Jacksonville.

Hilliard is small, so that's probably why you can't find much. But if you use city-data's page about Hilliard ...
//www.city-data.com/city/Hilliard-Florida.html
you can use that as a jump-off point to check out nearby cities and towns as well as other forum posts that discuss Hilliard (and there are links to the posts on the above city-data page).

Merseyside AVE I presume...St. James Place is a fairly new subdivision, 4~5yrs.

It is not in Hilliard, it's in Jax in Duval County. I295 & New Kings

Good job to search further -- that explains the house location confusion between Nassau and Duval counties.
